Botched,can't find any1 with similar outcome.surgeon won’t tell me what he did wrong.I have hollowing on both side of my cheeks,1 side being much worse.Makes it look like i have 2 cheekbone lines.The dimples R deep. I have pouches of skin/fat under my chin around the jawline.the pouch is uneven on both sides.Also lines under my neck. Surgeon dismissed every concern & in regard 2 the pouch he told me 2”not make that face”& it won’t be there..

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I continue to tell patients that delivering consistent high-quality liposuction results is more difficult to people believe. The importance of choosing the most talented and experienced provider cannot be overstated.

In the end your provider is responsible for the outcome of your procedure and likewise you are responsible for choosing that surgeon.

If your surgeon isn’t helping you and you want to move forward then you’ll need to get a proper second opinion consultation.

For a vision work that always needs to be done as an in person consultation.

Considering that revision work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction it goes without saying the importance of finding the most experienced and talented provider.

Correcting this may include revision Liposuction, fat transfer or a combination of both.

It’s not unusual for it to require several rounds of surgery to get the results correct when doing revisions after poorly done Liposuction.
