I have heard of the submental soft tissue removal, but I'm wondering if only fat removal would work as well?

Generally, chin reduction surgery can involve reduction of bone and soft tissue. It is most important to see your photos without smiling. It is likely that you will need bone reduction to make any significant changes.

There’s not enough fat in the chin four a fat removal procedure to create a significant improvement.

There are standard approaches to chin reduction surgery and staying with what is proven to work and not trying to reinvent the wheel is probably a good idea.

When it comes to chin reductions they’re probably more commonly done by oral surgeons than plastic surgeons but some‘s plastic surgeons may have experienced doing these as well.

We make assessments based on static views not dynamic views with full expression. even if a problem or a certain look is created under full expression the impact and baseline assessment will be seen in the neutral or expressionless  face as well.
