How much does it regularly cost to move the areola placement up, about 6 months post opp from a donut lift and augmentation! Thank you!

Revision after a breast lift with augmentation with implants might be required in certain cases. Sometimes areola may need to be moved up if it and the nipple are not located at the area of maximum projection of the breast mount.The cost of areola repositioning after a breast lift with implants depends on the plastic surgeon that performs the procedure. Primary plastic surgeons ( the one that did the original surgery) may charge a nominal fee or waive his/her surgeons fees depending on his office policies ( however, the patient very likely will need to pay the operating room and anesthesia services fees). If the plastic surgeon that is doing the revision is other than the patient's primary plastic surgeon, he/she very likely will charge the full price according to this office pricing.

Your own surgeon is in the best position to give you advice on what is involved with a revision for nipple placement after augmentation mastopexy with the Benelli method. Often times it can be done under local anesthesia or with minimal sedation.

That;s not complicated, but it always depend on how are your incisions located and also the placement of the implant, you should get a consultation with a baord certified plastic surgeon for a revision and check up to get the prices...

It would be best to post some photos but presuming all the scars have soften and matured, the implants stable and the breast and implants in a good place and skin excision is only required then moving from the donut to a vertical scar can be performed under local anaesthetic. Best performed by your original surgeon as the costs are likely to be lower
