That;s not complicated, but it always depend on how are your incisions located and also the placement of the implant, you should get a consultation with a baord certified plastic surgeon for a revision and check up to get the prices...

Answer: Pictures It would be best to post some photos but presuming all the scars have soften and matured, the implants stable and the breast and implants in a good place and skin excision is only required then moving from the donut to a vertical scar can be performed under local anaesthetic. Best performed by your original surgeon as the costs are likely to be lower
