Coolsculpting is good for removing stubborn areas of fat, but lacks body shaping. A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with Coolsculpting. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. Coolsculpting would give you smoothing out of all the areas that you mention including stomach, arms, hips, and bra roll with no down time.  You may wish to get more than one set of treatments in a given area depending on your goals.  Expect to see the results in three months.  Results with Coolsculpting fat reduction are permanent as long as you maintain a stable, healthy weight.  Having an evaluation with an experienced technician will ensure you get the best results.  You are an excellent candidate!

The great thing about CoolSculpting is that there is virtually no downtime, the results are smooth and natural looking, and it is time tested and proven to work.  Keep in mind that most patients do require a minimum of 2 treatments per area to achieve optimal results. Your best option to lose the fat in those pesky area is CoolSculpting. The non-invasive procedure is low-risk and will not you worrying about many of the problems that lipo has come to be associated with. With CoolSculpting your lifestyle choices will help to make or break the results that you seek. 

I understand your concerns and hesitation to undergo lipo, but generally the surgical or invasive approaches will always give the better and faster result. If you truly wish to avoid surgery, you would be a good candidate for the non-invasive devices. We have both CoolSculpting and SculpSure in our office, and prefer SculpSure, as it gives the same or better results, in less treatment time, with the ability to treat multiple areas at once, and avoids all the post-procedure complications that are commonly seen with CS, including the pain, bruising, swelling, numbness and nodularity. As it uses laser energy, it will also provide the added benefit of providing a skin tightening component, for a smoother, more supple look. You will likely need at least 2 treatments to each body area, but will have no downtime afterwards.
