Coolsculpt, sculpture, bbl? I'm afraid lipo will leave me dented and discolored like so many results I see. I hate my stomach, bra rolls, big arms and hip dips. I'm just worried about bad results from sx. I'm 5'7 140lbs and 39 yrs old. My body is decent but I want it to be amazing! What is my best option?

Answer: Coolsculpting Candidate--Add Radiofrequency, Thermage, Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, VASER, ThermiRF Coolsculpting is good for removing stubborn areas of fat, but lacks body shaping. A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with Coolsculpting. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. However, a Vaser with ThermiRF procedure is needed to give more contouring, fat removal along with body shaping. Best, Dr. Emer
