I had rhinoplasty surgery performed in Thailand in April of 2014 and I had a l shaped silicone implant put in. I hate the way it looks and I want it removed in June. I would like to know the cost and how the procedure is performed

Answer: Silicone implant, cost, nose Hello, the implant can be removed from in incision inside the nose. For any procedured I recommend doing this in a monitored setting. there would be a 30 minute anesthesia fee for the anesthesiologist and a procedure fee for the surgeon. Depending on the locale (NYC vs Detroit) the cost would probably be anywhere from 2000-3000 total. That is an estimate however.
