i had gone through bilateral gynaecomastia surgery 1 month ago ,doctor performed removal of gland through trans nipple incision not perinipple incision everything went normal but after 4 week my right side has normal nipple but on left side it is flat that is only areola portion is there and a minute projection which is nominal not correlate with right side .is it destruction of nipple or any thing else i am very confused ,does it come to normal ?
