Destruction of nipple after gynaecomastia surgery (Photo)

i had gone through bilateral gynaecomastia surgery 1 month ago ,doctor performed removal of gland through trans nipple incision not perinipple incision everything went normal but after 4 week my right side has normal nipple but on left side it is flat that is only areola portion is there and a minute projection which is nominal not correlate with right side .is it destruction of nipple or any thing else i am very confused ,does it come to normal ?

If it's been over a year and you still have excess puffiness of your breasts, then it is possible that you have had a recurrence of your breast tissue, you may need more fat removed via liposuction, and/or you may need some excess skin (that is not retracting) removed.  Best to see...

Hi. Your breasts will change for at least 3 months after the operation (sometimes up to 12 months, although this is unusual).
