Why am I still puffy 7 weeks after gynecomastia?

Excision and lipo. No loose skin. Can't feel breast tissue. No complications. Perfect for the first 2 weeks then got worse until now. Why is it still puffy pls give information I haven't already read on this site. Why is no one telling me so I can feel at ease. 10 000 was spent on the best surgeon
