Thank you for your question.  An in person consultation is always best.  CoolSculpting can help debulk the area, but will not address the excess skin causing the belly overhang.  It appears that for the best result, you would opt for a Tummy Tuck Surgery.  CoolSculpting can be a great adjunct before or after surgery as well. 

CoolSculpting can be used to reduce unwanted fat around the abdomen, but it will not tighten skin.  You appear to have an issue with excess fat and skin.  The best result you could obtain would be with a tummy tuck, as this can address both the skin and fat.  CoolSculpting could reduce some of the fat, but you still would have the overhanging skin.
