I've tried everything to remove this c-section poof / muffin top. Will CoolSculpting remove this belly overhang? If not then I was considering maybe fat grafting. Reason being because fat grafting is much cheaper than a tummy tuck. If I could afford a tummy tuck then I'd do it. Or would I be better off getting a panniculectomy? I just need to know the most affordable procedure that would just remove this thing all together.

Katz MD PC in Monroe, Mi would recommend a combination of continued diet and exercise as well as Coolsculpting treatments to debulk the fat, followed up with a skin tightening procedure like Morpheus or Bodytite since Coolsculpting offers a very modest skin tightening at best. I think this combination would give you good results, but like anything, lasting results depend on how well you maintain your weight and stay healthy. The good news is, there is virtually no down time with this combination of procedures and the cost is considerably less than a tummy tuck.
