Are there proven cases of dozens of lipomas being successfully removed via SmartLipo, CoolSculpting, or another method? (Photo)

CoolSculpting will not remove lipomas.  The normal treatment of lipomas is to surgically remove them.  Especially with small lipomas, this can frequently be done with a very small incision.

Lipomas are congenital condition. CoolSclupting was not designed to treat such a condition nor would I advise it as effective, long term “off label” treatment for lipomas. I would advise getting your lipomas surgically removed to see the most satisfying results.  
CoolSculpting is a body contouring procedure intended to eliminate stubborn fat bulges from problem areas like the belly, flanks and under the chin.

There is some data on Kybella for lipomas. Do a google search. I prefer a very small incision and basically pop them out. I did a hundred or so on a former NFL player with minimal scarring

Unfortunately CoolSculpting does not remove lipomas. Lipomas can be removed by surgical excision. (You can watch TLC's Dr. Pimple Popper to see how the removal is done!) Best wishes, Mary Beth Mudd

Dear Atlanta,Lipomas all over the body is a genetic trait. Excising each one is an option.Vaser ultrasound liposuction May help with getting rid of a lot of them first, then if any persist, you could excise those few later.Best. Dr Brecht
