Answer: Can CoolSculpting be done on the hips? Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, CoolSculpting is very effective when treating an area such as your hips. It is not approved to be used over the buttocks, but it can be used in areas that surround the buttocks, such as the hips, inner and outer thighs, and to treat the fat at the base of the buttocks. CoolSculpting is very effective when you are looking to eliminate small pockets of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise, so the best candidates are usually already at their goal weight. We usually see about a 20% fat reduction per treatment and it's not uncommon to treat one area anywhere from 1-3 times. I highly recommend that you book an in person consultation with a CoolSculpting provider at a certified CoolSculpting practice in order to assess whether this is the right procedure for you and the result that you are looking to achieve.

Answer: Coolsculpting Fat Removal - add Vanquish, trusculpt iD, Cellutone, EVIVE, ZWave -- “Fire and Ice” Non Surgical Fat Reduction If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement. However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. This will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a body contouring and hi-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: CoolSculpting on the Hips Hello and thank you for your question! CoolSculpting treatment may be done on the outside of the thighs as well as just beneath the buttocks. In order to be a good candidate for treatment on the outside thigh there must be a true “saddle bag” to treat. Treating directly over the buttocks is not an approved area. I would recommend seeing a CoolSculpting specialist to discuss your concerns and determine if you are a good candidate. Best of luck!
