Does the patient always have to pay for these surgeon errors? (Protruding visual grafts)

Good Afternoon! It really depends on the surgeon. I feel its important to achieve a desired outcome and will often work with the patient to keep the cost down - at least in terms of a surgeon's fee. Sometimes, grafts migrate and can change throughout the healing process. This isn't always a surgeon's error or negligence. There isn't a guarantee with rhinoplasty, though we can strive toward the least amount of imperfections by using good technique. Hope that helps!
