Since I was a child I get these indentations across my cheeks when I smile. Now that I'm 43 it has become a permanent fixture. It's not visible in all light, but looks horrid in hard light.Since it was dynamically formed my concern is if I get filler, over time it will look even worse. I'd love to her from drs who have seen something like this before and successfully improved the appearance of it.I've posted pictures of my awkwardly smiling so you can see how it's formed over time. Thank you!
