Treating under-eye dark circles usually involves more than one approach. I have had success using a combination of approaches. These include the use of a robust HA volumizing filler for the upper cheek-lower lid junction. Since the upper cheek is a major support for the lower lid region revolumizing that region often secondarily improves tear troughs, under-eye hollows and dark circles. Occasionally, the addition of an appropriately low viscosity, cohesive HA filler properly injected directly along the tear trough can further improve the color. If necessary the routine use of certain prescription anti-inflammatory and skin brightening creams coupled with a series of in-office superficial peels can further improve both the color and texture of the infraorbital area. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Finally exercise a great deal of "buyer beware" caution when being hawked (as you no doubt will be) treatments with this or that expensive, fancy-named fraxel laser or RF gizmos, as the supposed benefits of these are supported far more by marketing hype and social media buzz than any hard science. Hope this helps and best of luck.
