Thank you for the pictures.  The better question would be when was the implant done? It is not uncommon to have some interesting sensations during the healing process depending on what implant was placed, size, any modifications, extent of dissection pocket, etc.  There are a lot of variables to be honest.  That being said, one side healing slightly different than the other can happen.  Give it some time.  When in doubt, remember to always call or see your operating surgeon as they know the exact details of the surgery and can answer your questions in regards to all the variables present.  Best of luck.
