I recently had a BBL with lipo360 and inner thighs. I gained 10lbs for this procedure and was very happy with my Hips and butt size results post up, but now past 5weeks, I am very sad because they have gotten really small and as swelling subside they will only get smaller. I also had indentation and dimple pre op which still exists. My masseuse keep saying my one leg and butt looks bigger than the other. been following all post instructions. I have not sat down at all even using BBL pillow

Answer: Unhappy with BBL results You haven’t really described what you’re not happy about. The result looks fairly dramatic to me. Cellulite is not improved with fat transfer and can be made worse. I Deleigh your plastic surgeon reviewed that during an in person consultation before the procedure. Personally I would not push for more volume. If you want a revision you need to be very clear about what you like and what you don’t like about the outcome of your procedure. To properly get a second opinion I suggest relying exclusively on in person consultations. Bring your before and after pictures and the operative report from your first procedure. These are part of your medical records and your surgeon will forward them to you if you ask. We offer free consultations for primary cosmetic surgery but we do charge for consultations for second opinions for those who are unhappy with previous procedures. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
