Small mouth - can lip fillers improve lower face proportions? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and photographs.  I think use of a hyaluronic acid filler is an excellent choice to enhance your lips.  Very little volume will be needed to improve upon the asymmetry of your upper lip while the remainder of a single syringe can improve your lower lip volume to produce the pout that you described.  I think you would be an excellent candidate.

You should start out with 1cc of juvederm filler and go from there. You do not want to overdo too much filler in the lips. It also depends on the look you are going for too. You can always add more filler to the lips if needed. Just remember if you are going to do your lips and you do not want to bruise you should not take any aspirins or anything that will thin the blood since brusing can occur.

Yes, from your photos you could benefit from conservative lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm to help improve symmetry in the lips. As HA fillers are not permanent you can have them dissolved with hyaluronidase if unhappy with the results.
