What could I do to remove the pointed top lip? (photos)

Basically i am unsure the term of this but the shape of my top lip is like an M and my lips themselves are very small. The lip itself is pointed and wondered what i could do?

Benadryl and hydroxyzine are very similar, both should work. I suggest also taking with claritin or allergra.  If after 2 weeks they are still too swollen or asymmetrical ,then reverse the filler. Best, Dr. Emer.
