Dependingon what concerns you have I would recommend anywhere from 1- 3 sessions. If theconcern is full texture resurfacing (deep wrinkles, crepey/sagging skin, UVdamage, pores) especially for patients 40 +. I would recommend a series of 3sessions spaced 2 months apart. Then for maintenance 1-2 times a year. Forpatients who have minor concerns such as pigment, pores and fine lines, oneHalo should be enough of a correction and then maintain the results 1-2 timesyearly.
We usually recommend between 1 or 2 treatments in a year. It really depends on how much improvement you are looking for. The Halo laser is made to customize to each individuals needs. If you are more concerned with deeper lines and wrinkles, more than one treatment will be necessary.
Patients will need anywhere from 1 to 3 treatments as a series depending on the severity of the skin concerns that are being addressed. After that maintenance treatments should be performed. I would consult with a provider so you have a better idea of how many treatments you will need. Good Luck!
The number of Halo laser treatments you need per year varies depending on your skin and what you're hoping to achieve. It will also depend on how aggressive your treatments are. If they're not as aggressive (but with less downtime) you'll probably need 2-3 to achieve your goals. Some people have great results with just one treatment. For maintenance, you will likely need to do one treatment per year, possibly fewer - especially if you use the right products to help maintain your results. Thanks for the question!Dr. Linnell
Hi! This really depends on the severity of what you are trying to improve on your skin. I would suggest you consult with an experienced provider. There is really no right or wrong answer, but I would say a minimum of 2 treatments is reasonable. Hope this helps.Dr. Grant Stevens Marina PlasticSurgery Associates Marina del Rey, CA The Institute
It really depends on your downtime and your goals. It is possible to have multiple treatments within a year or one aggressive treatment. It is best to have a consultation with your provider and talk about your goals and expectations. I wish you the best!
The number of Halo treatments needed for ideal response varies according to your skin condition and your tolerance of down time. The deeper the treatment and the greater the density of treatment, the longer the down time, but the better the response to just one treatment. In most cases of pigmentation and coarse skin texture, we usually are recommending two treatments spaced about 2 months apart and then one treatment per year. You need to do your part as well by using home care products, zinc based sunscreens, and doing smaller, less expensive skin rejuvenating treatments such as chemical peels, microlaser peels, SilkPeels to keep your skin moving.
The Halo laser is a hybrid laser with two wavelengths- one that is non-ablative and one that is ablative. The Halo consists of 3 preset settings (low, medium and high) and uses the non-ablative wavelength. This treatment is good for someone who wants minimal downtime and some light...
The Halo is a great option to do the face, neck, chest. It helps with the pigment and a minor tightening. It increases collagen and the ablative setting is determined by the laser practitioner. Depending on skin type, area, and what the concern is. At 1-2 months you will start to notice...
This is a great question because it's a reminder that one treatment is never a cure-all. A lot of one thing is not the answer, but a little of everything will provide you with a beautiful, natural-looking outcome. With all of that being said, the Halo is not the best solution,...
