I am planning to have a full face Halo Laser treatment and I've been told that the recovery time is usually 5 to 7 days. Does this also mean that I cannot exercise until 5 to 7 days after treatment? Is it possible to continue with exercises that create less sweat such as weightlifting instead of running? Thanks!
Hi All, I recently attended a consultation regarding Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation I have resulting from acne. I have darker skin (Type 5) and the Halo Laser was recommended for me. Has anyone here used the Halo Laser to treat PIH in darker skinned individuals? I want to make sure its safe for me before I agree as Ive heard that lasers can sometimes make PIH worse in darker skin. Thanks!
I had the Halo/BBL performed on my skin and I never experienced the new soft smooth skin my face appears to look like that of an orange peel and has become increasingly oily. This has never happened and appeared only after having the halo laser performed. Can someone please tell me if it appears as scarring from MENDS? Thank you.
I am 53 years old and have some loose skin on my abdomen. I have had Emsculpt Neo and am happy with the fat loss results but even with a flat stomach I look fat because of the skin. I asked about Venus but my provider said it wont work for me and is really pushing me toward Halo or Skinpen, saying my skin needs to be traumatized to promote collagen production. I have not read that these are very effective for abdominal skin tightening. Do you recommend those treatments?
Mine are a little deep and I'm hispanic (fitzpatrick scale 4), my dermatologist consider them ''moderate''. She recommended Halo laser treatment instead of microneedling (because laser goes deeper into the skin), what do you think? Thank you very much.
I am 56 and have lits of deep wrinkles due to sun damage age and 40 kg weightloss. Thinking i need face and possibly neck lift but exploring all other options also. Wonder if halo or skin pen could help if so which is more effective for my face. Alternatively should i just save the cost of those treatments and put that towards a facelift? Looking for long term results not short term
Im 36, pre 30 was not good with sunscreen, smoked, didnt drink enough water - and its caught up with me. Since 30 i wear factor 50 daily, dont smoke etc and im hoping to turn back time a bit. Now i have crepey skin on my neck and chest and vertical wrinkles on my neck and im desperate for a solution. Ive tried Morpheus8 and there were zero improvements. Ive got a good skincare routine. I reguarly microneedle. Is laser the answer? Halo maybe? Any wisdom would be appreciated
Greetings, I have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and was told wait 6 months to get something done, so i did now i need to decide, i am confused which is safer Halo or Morpheus8. a plastic surgeon said Morpheus8, but he also said he has doubts it is PIH and may be undissolved filler , But since PIH is a concern just wondering which is considered safer
