Thank you for your question. Congratulations on your recent weight loss! It's impossible to make a exact recommendations without assessing you in-person or reviewing photos. Based on your description, you may have some combination of skin laxity (loose skin) of the neck with/without some residual fat. Kybella is only designed for fat reduction, and will not treat skin laxity (and in some cases can even make it worse). I think a detailed cosmetic consultation would be important to assess what treatment(s) would be most appropriate for you, whether it is Kybella, submental liposuction, or a neck lift. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon to discuss all of your options, and determine what would best help you achieve your goals.Even if Kybella is the best option for you, I would still recommend that you consider seeing a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Kybella injections are not without risks - if administered improperly, Kybella can cause temporary facial nerve damage and ulcerations of the skin. It would be best to see a physician with expertise in this procedure. Best of luck!
