Had the sleeve gastric bypass--lost 100 pounds still have 50 to go but want to get rid of this large double chin. Was up to 300 lb. Will this help at this point?
Answer: Where to get Kybella Considering your extreme weight loss (congratulations, by the way), you may be dealing with loose skin in addition to (or instead of) residual fat. I would recommend seeing a physician who has had experience with Kybella and make sure you trust them prior to getting injected. A plastic surgeon would be able to give you options if the area is more loose skin because they would be able to remove it. However, there are many excellent physicians out there that own/work at reputable med spas that can offer other non invasive ways of treating loose skin should that be the issue. Certainly, check credentials prior to treatment.

Answer: Kybella treatments Thank you for your question Kweesie. Kybella is the first and thus-far only FDA-approved non-surgical injectable treatment for the double chin. It is difficult to make an assessment without photographs. Kybella and other treatments such as fractional CO2 laser resurfacing are available for the double chin and loose skin. It is important to find an experienced injector and many offices including medical spas, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons have outstanding injectors. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
