Had the sleeve gastric bypass--lost 100 pounds still have 50 to go but want to get rid of this large double chin. Was up to 300 lb. Will this help at this point?

Answer: Kybella & Massive Weight Loss The bigger issue isn't where to get your Kybella (I will always prefer a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist to a med-spa). It's that Kybella is probably not the right procedure for a patient who has undergone massive weight loss. You will probably have too much lax skin and Kybella does nothing to tighten skin. I would suggest that you get assessed in person by a surgeon to discuss your options.

Answer: Kybella Candidate--add thermage, ultherapy, Coolsculpting, exilis, VASER, ThermiRF Based on your description, you may not be a good candidate for kybella. I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates and can be combined with a neck lift/skin removal at the same time, if needed. Kybella can be used as an alternative and needs to be combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting for good results.
