Hernia and/or diastasis recti after 2 pregnancies (photo)

I have chronic upper left quadrant pain since my first child in 2019. Had my second child in late 2024. CT scan results said no hernias and nothing about diastasis recti. Do I have a ventral or umbilical hernia based on these photos, or just a diastasis that needs repair?

You can actually get away with doing a full diastasis repair with a mini tummy tuck! My question though is have you been diagnosed with a DR? Based on the photos the bulging you see might just be subcutaneous fat that would be resolved with liposuction. If you truly do have a DR, we can fix it...

I’m so sorry for your difficulty. The biggest thing would be to discuss with your cosmetic/plastic surgeon and see if permanent sutures were used during the repair. If they were then i would say yes going back and removing the sutures could possibly help. Keep in mind though asking for that w...
