Hernia and/or diastasis recti after 2 pregnancies (photo)

Based on the images you posted I don't see evidence of an umbilical hernia. It looks more like a diastasis recti. You would probably see benefits if you had the diastasis repaired with a tummy tuck.

Keeping in mind only having a couple images as apposed or the whole sequence of pictures i think there is a possibility there may be a small umbilical hernia in addition to a moderate diastasis. Whether the diastasis is causing your pain is a harder question to answer. The best thing to do is see a surgeon with the CT scan images and have them evaluate for a hernia with physical exam.
