Abdominal wall repair after DIEP flap surgery? (Photo)

Question

Can an abdominal wall (not a tummy tuck) be repaired after diep flap (plus mesh) surgery? Diastasis was never addressed so stomach still sticks out and diep flap didn't help. Can it be done robotically with minimal risks? Or is it just too complicated and dangerous?
