Can my previous diastasis recti repair results be corrected laparoscopically? (photos)

I had diastisis and umbilical hernia repair in Lithuania on 8/2/23. I left on 8/7; noticed a seroma on 8/9. It was drained on 8/21(hard to find surgeon to drain). A 2nd seroma formed in late Sept/Oct but it was reabsorbed w/ compression. In Nov ‘23, I noticed a hard bulge, palpable midline scar and tight skin where the seromas were. I had scar revision on 8/21/24 but only a small portion was removed and the bulge is still there. Can it be fixed laparoscopically? don’t want/need tummy tuck.
