Hello jlow,  Your breasts will look larger and have more projection than they do now with the size change you are planning.  Most women your size don't have breasts that large, and most surgeons don't use implants that large.  Complications are more common with large breast implants- thinning of the breast and skin, fallout and implant edge visibility.  That being said, some women like the "augmented" look.  You wonder if you will look disproportionate, and that is an aesthetic judgement.  It's in the eye of the beholder.  My opinion is that larger implants give a top heavy, matronly look.  Clothing choices are more limited, too.  Ultimately, you will be the one opinion that matters.  All the best.

Unfortunately, you
have not provided photographs or told us your bra size.  Increasing implants from 410 cc and 605 cc
would result in 14% increase of projection, which would probably not be
noticeable.  Without seeing your
photographs, it is possible you may benefit from more of a lift to reshape your
breast tissue or fat transfer instead of larger implants.  Remember the larger the implants the heavier

Hi jlow,  It really is impossible to answer this question at all without a picture of your body and a personal exam. It is important to understand the tensile strength of your skin, the width of your chest wall and numerous other factors as well. Your question is impossible to answer without seeing your current breast size and shape with the current implants.  If you want the augmented look and your preexisting breast volume was not substantial, then 580 cc implants should provide the look your are seeking.

Changing to those hp sized implants will probably make you close to or larger than your goal photos however I'm afraid that your proportioning may become too "chesty" or top heavy.   Keep in mind that complications over time will be greater with implants of that size and you may regret that choice in the future (or, possibly not).  Going to a HP implant to better match your breast diameter will likely look much less natural than I at least prefer for my patients.    Please watch the video below about the use of very large breast implants before making your decision. Best wishes,Jon A Perlman MD FACS
