Hello jlow,  Your breasts will look larger and have more projection than they do now with the size change you are planning.  Most women your size don't have breasts that large, and most surgeons don't use implants that large.  Complications are more common with large breast implants- thinning of the breast and skin, fallout and implant edge visibility.  That being said, some women like the "augmented" look.  You wonder if you will look disproportionate, and that is an aesthetic judgement.  It's in the eye of the beholder.  My opinion is that larger implants give a top heavy, matronly look.  Clothing choices are more limited, too.  Ultimately, you will be the one opinion that matters.  All the best.

Unfortunately, you
have not provided photographs or told us your bra size.  Increasing implants from 410 cc and 605 cc
would result in 14% increase of projection, which would probably not be
noticeable.  Without seeing your
photographs, it is possible you may benefit from more of a lift to reshape your
breast tissue or fat transfer instead of larger implants.  Remember the larger the implants the heavier
