After a breast capsulotomy, will they still drop and fluff? (Photos)

Question

I had a capsulotomy and smaller implants placed 1 month ago due to high implants/ low nipples. Immediately after the surgery, i noticed my breasts were much softer and had good nipple placement. but after 1.5 weeks, the nipples started to get lower again (slightly) also my left breast feels much harder than my right. is this Capsular contracture? I feel like my nipples should still be much higher. i had silicone implants, unders.

Dear mickeymouse12,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD

Much will depend on exactly what was done during the procedure.  "Dropping and fluffing" (a process wherein breast implants round out the lower breast poles, and the breasts overall may may appear to be larger as breast implant "settle") may not necessarily occur with revisionary breast surgery.
For example, if the breast implant capsules of the  lower breast poles are incised (capsulotomy),  than some breast implant movement ("settling") may be expected over the course of the first several months after surgery.
 
 Your plastic surgeon who will be your best resource when it comes to accurate assessment of concerns, advice, and meaningful reassurance.
