I have a dent in the middle of my forehead is it a tissue deficiency? Possible to fix with fat grafting?

Hi I have a vertical dent on the middle of my forehead I never had any injuries that I know of it has been more noticeable as I’m getting older I’m 21 and it’s just super bothersome is there any permanent solution ? I don’t want Botox But is there any other ways like fat grafting ? Is it permanent?
