I have a dent in the middle of my forehead is it a tissue deficiency? Possible to fix with fat grafting?

These types of forehead soft tissue deficiencies are common, and can be improved with injectable fillers (the most predictable and reliable option for this area in my opinion), fat grafting, and other options like Sculptra. Fat grafting is a good option, but fat grafting can be somewhat unpredictable with respect to how much resorption occurs over time. An additional issue with fat grafting is the possibility of lumpiness or irregularities that may be difficult to correct post-operatively. Since the dent is likely soft tissue in origin, it should be treated with a soft tissue filler approach. Fat injections, while not always reliable, is a reasonable treatment approach.
