Had a under eye Blephosphy fat transfer in April. Left side is still swollen and uneven. Will it go down? What are my options?

I had a under eye Blephosphy fat Transfer April 2018. I'm extremely Nervous/depressed and feels isolated. After 6 weeks my eyes are still swollen but not as much, and I have dark circle, no dark circle prior to.Surgeon doesn't seem to care much about my fears, I'm 50, the left side of my face is: 1 Swollen and uneven 2 Bend down it feels like the fat that was transferred moves 3 Will left side of my face go down, or even out? If not what are my options?
