I had a under eye Blephosphy fat Transfer April 2018. I'm extremely Nervous/depressed and feels isolated. After 6 weeks my eyes are still swollen but not as much, and I have dark circle, no dark circle prior to.Surgeon doesn't seem to care much about my fears, I'm 50, the left side of my face is: 1 Swollen and uneven 2 Bend down it feels like the fat that was transferred moves 3 Will left side of my face go down, or even out? If not what are my options?

HI Twalker,
I know it has been 6 weeks from your procedure, but sometimes swelling takes a while.  I'm sure you've noticed it came down significantly even since the first week, and it should continue to go down little by little over the next several weeks/months.  The final result is at 6 months.
If at 6 months there is more fat than you want still remaining in that area, follow up with your surgeon, as this can be addressed as well.
