Can I get my thin face back? I am 26 years old and did a fat graft because I thought my face was too thin.

Hello, when i see old photos it really wasnt it was really good i dont know what to do know. I was realllyyy really pretty. I am so sad i cry all the time. If i underwent a minimal liposuction is it worth it does i get me old face back and will i have any scaring?? And when is it best to do it after how long and is it better to do it the sooner like when its passed 6 months?
