Is it normal to have puffy on one side of lower abdomen and the other side be flat 7 days post lipo?

Yes, there can be some asymmetrical swelling and tenderness after your procedure which can last 3-6 months. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. At just 7 days, you are quite early to be judging your look. Give your body some time to heal. If you are concerned about uneven swelling (which can be common in the recovery phase) or having pain, please talk to your doctor immediately.

Thank you for your question. It is common to have swelling after lipo and can be different from sites and sides. It is very early to know. I recommend you to follow instructions from your PS and re evaluate in 3 months.
