Since cast removal i havent seen progress of tip dropping and dorsal nasal definition. I feel like my nose is sunken into my face. Top is no volume all i see is nostrils and pointy tip. I feel like i have a V-deformity and short nose. Ratio is not good with my face (4 months po) please help is it a deformity?
