Hello. Sorry that you're experiencing trouble with your new nose. Going backward to make the prior features is not an easy task. Improvements can be made, but the old nose is likely not in the picture. At 3 months, there is still time for settling to occur and the tip to drop some. I would suggest speaking with your surgeon about your concerns. Hope things get better for you.
