Hi all, I had breathing issues and wanted to fix the aestetic side a bit. Bump on the bridge, crooked nose, uneven nostrils. unfortunatelly the doctor made much more things to the nose that we didnt discuss! Shorted it, slim bridge, so pinched tip! So I hate my new nose and I am in a big depression, dont look like myself, Is it possible to restore some of my old nose features - hanging columella, higher and wider bridge, rounded tip? 3m po

Sometimes people need many months to get used to their new nasal appearances. From an objective standpoint, based on what you started with, you have a less distracting and more feminine nasal profile appearance. Please consider giving it some time before considering Further surgery. Hello. Sorry that you're experiencing trouble with your new nose. Going backward to make the prior features is not an easy task. Improvements can be made, but the old nose is likely not in the picture. At 3 months, there is still time for settling to occur and the tip to drop some. I would suggest speaking with your surgeon about your concerns. Hope things get better for you.
