What will help my nose look more balanced? (Photo)

I had a septorhinoplasty 8 years ago this year I am planning on getting a revision because I have tried fillers but I want something more permanent. I would like to know what would you guys recommend would need to be worked on, on my nose to help balance it I am tired of the random hardcore stares of people.
