My nose tip is asymmetric. It has big nostrils and hanging columnela. It's also harder to breathe as there are scar tissues inside nose (my own opinion here). I have lived with this for about 20 years already but time to time still dreaming to fix this. Is it complicated surgery?

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin, with an s-shaped nasal appearance and asymmetrical nostril retraction. Our experience, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe a good way to achieve a straighter nasal appearance, with improved nostril symmetry. Hope this helps!...
It is very challenging to remove scar tissue from the columella and achieve symmetry. It should be left alone in most cases as the risk of further scarring is high.
However if you undergo a revision or scar removal it should be very conservative as to not make matters worst.

Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles in addition to a copy of the operative report find out what was accomplished in the first procedure. It's also important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of your nose for grafting...
