I'm 42 years old and I think I have stage1 lipedema, I am overweight too. Should I try liposuction? (Photo)

I have Hypothyroid too, and I always thought that's why I am not able to lose weight, despite aerobics and walk and diet. I am attaching pictures, please advise if I should go for lipo. I have had thick legs even when I was very very thin.

Because of the lipedema, you will experience more post op swelling and your post op care will need to be different. So, make sure to see a surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist with a lot of experience in liposuction and to give him or her your full medical history. Best, Dr. Nazarian
