Thank you for your question.   I do not think that Botox will help with vestibular migraines, but it may and it wont hurt.  The truth is, we don't completely understand why botox helps with migraines.  It relaxes the muscles of the forehead, head and neck (where ever it is...

The best way to find out if your insurance will cover Botox for your migraines is to contact them or your HR representative to see if it is a covered benefit. If it is they can also help you find injectors in your area that are in your network.
