Would it be possible for me to achieve big, wide, protruding, high cheekbones and a wider more defined jaw line? (Photos)

I was wondering if it could be possible going from the cheekbones like those in the first picture to the ones showed in the second picture.I like big wide protruding and high cheekbones and mine are clearly none of that,maybe even something about the jawline to make it wider and more defined.I was thinking about implants(both cheekbones and jawline) but I don't know if such results are possible without looking awful or fake.
