I was wondering if it could be possible going from the cheekbones like those in the first picture to the ones showed in the second picture.I like big wide protruding and high cheekbones and mine are clearly none of that,maybe even something about the jawline to make it wider and more defined.I was thinking about implants(both cheekbones and jawline) but I don't know if such results are possible without looking awful or fake.

It really depends upon where you want the implant. We do a lot of implants in my office. These can be silicone and placed through a small incision. When put in the right place they fixate beautifully, and you cannot feel the edges. Other implants require customization and still have firm edges...
Providing that your dentist is aware of your implants, I do not think that dental anesthesia could cause any problem to your cheek implants. Hope this help.
It is impossible to evaluate your current situation based on this photo. However, once you remove the implant, there will be some laxity of stretched tissues, at least for some time (several months), until tissue adhere into previous position and elasticity of tissues resume. In same cases,...
