Hello all, I would like to know how cheek implants behave when you are active in sports, such as football or other ball sports. What would happen if I get a ball in the face with a lot of force? Can two small screws really withstand the force?

There will be immediate change after removal of implants, have no doubt; capsule around implant is very fine 6 months after surgery and for that reason you will not see much change when swelling goes away. Did you think about smaller implants? Good luck.
