I am aware that silicone implants are easier to put into an incision due to the fact that it bends, but are solid implants like PEEK and medpor easier to fixate onto the bone? My friend says that even though PEEK is harder to insert and remove, it works like a puzzle piece in that it sort of *clicks* onto the bone once in correct position especially if it's custom made

Providing that your dentist is aware of your implants, I do not think that dental anesthesia could cause any problem to your cheek implants. Hope this help.
