I would like to know if there is a kind of permanent hair removal procedure like ( IPL or laser hair removal) that can eliminate skin hue by removing skin colour permanently ? If so, Does it happen to work via hair follicle destruction to reduce melanocytes amount or via another mechanism of action ...?
Answer: We never say permanent hair removal. We always say hair reduction. there is no laser that permanently removal all hairs. Depend on the color of the hair and the location you may need multiple treatment and we can reduce the hair in the area. If you are not too blond and have dark color hair, I recommend gentlemax Candela laser. that does not remove any discoloration that should be done later after the hair removal.

However, if the IPL is not done correctly, it can cause damage to melanocytes and the brightening may become permanent. Make sure that the person performing the treatment is properly trained.
