I'm a 32 y.o male. I was thinking about having Gynecomastia surgery. I do have a low testosterone levels for my age. I take it that the fatty tissue that the Gynecomastia can be caused by estrogen levels. Will removing this fatty tissue bring sort of a balance to my T-Levels and encourage them to rise? Or will removing the fatty tissue lower my overall estrogen levels?
