I'm 18 years old, about 6 feet and 280 pounds, I'm extremely overweight and I have extremely big "man boobs" with very large areolas. I have started dieting and exercising. I was wondering if the areolas shrink when you lose weight and lose the man boobs. If not, are there any other ways to shrink them not including surgery. Thanks!
