So I went to a great doctor in turkey 15 days ago for a FUE hair transplant I am a usual gym person I run and lift weights 4 days a week but ever since the hair transplant my head feels tight and I’m getting pins and needle sensations in my body not just my head I’m also very very tired feeling and this little dizziness feeling so I don’t know what’s wrong my head looks fine I wash and shampoo and take care of my head everyday any suggestions?

Tightness and “prickly” senasations on your head are not unusual 2 weeks after FUE however being fatigued and dizzy are unusual. Are you on any new medications? Perhaps you coincidentally have some type of viral infection. I would suggest following up with your Primary Care Physician if you can’t reach your surgeon.

Although pins and needles feeling is normal during the initial recovery period of 3-4 weeks, feeling weak and dizziness in general are not expected. As we do not know if you started using any medication post-op., or stopped any for the procedure, it is best to contact your clinic and ask. 
Although you may not see the doctor face-to-face, you can always have a phone conversation and describe the situation you are in.

I agree that some pins and needles on the scalp can occur for up to a month after a hair transplant procedure. However, not on other areas of the body. still being fatigued and dizzy this far post-op is not expected either. Most likely this is not related to your surgical procedure but I do recommend seeing a local doctor to get checked out. This is one disadvantage of having a surgical procedure in a foreign country is if there is any complication or concern you cannot just go back and see the doctor who performed the procedure.
