Colonic hydro cleanse before tummy tuck?

I have a very slow digestive tract and is want to get a colonic hydro cleanse a few days before my tummy tuck. I have to rely on high fiber suppliments like flaxseed and phyllum husk each day to be regular. Would the colonic hydro cleanse be advantegeous?

This looks like a hypertrophic scar which is a wide scar.  If you have any interest in making it a finer scar, I would speak to a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss scar revision.

Your strange pulling sensation is not uncommon.  I find that these sensations mostly resolve by 3 months.

If the seroma cavity is communicating with the front of your scar, then laying on your stomach will bring the fluid forward with gravity.  If the seroma pocket is walled off posteriorly, then no.

Be truthful to your anesthesiologist and surgeon ahead of time.  The risks are not to your tummy tuck but to your heart and brain.

Since you are putting out so much fluid, it would be helpful to consider tetracycline sclerosant. But also you may need imaging to see if you are getting a thick-walled bursa. If drainage persists despite sclerosants, usually you would have to elevate the flap, remove the bursa and start over,...
