Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have a pulling sensation at your tummy tuck incision site as it is closed tightly in order to safely remove as much extra skin as possible. This pulling sensation resolves over time, but it may take several weeks to fully resolve. Speak to your surgeon about your concerns, they can show you ways to limit the pulling until your skin accommodates to its new flatter position
It is not unusual to have some sensations of pulling in the first few weeks to months following a tummy tuck. With time and some massage these areas will usually resolve. If the seroma cavity is communicating with the front of your scar, then laying on your stomach will bring the fluid forward with gravity. If the seroma pocket is walled off posteriorly, then no.
