7 weeks post-op Tummy tuck & still draining 75cc a day. Dr. injected iodine into drainage area, but draining continues. Advice?

Since you are putting out so much fluid, it would be helpful to consider tetracycline sclerosant. But also you may need imaging to see if you are getting a thick-walled bursa. If drainage persists despite sclerosants, usually you would have to elevate the flap, remove the bursa and start over, with drains, or preferably progressive tension sutures to close off the dead space.
