This needs an in-person evaluation. I suggest seeing a hair loss expert now to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. There are great non-invasive options like prp/progesterone and/or hair transplantation. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Yes you can certainly be evaluated for prp just make sure psoriasis is under control as that can make hair loss worse always.
Hello and thank you for your question. PRP injections may be a good option to minimize your shedding and hair loss. It may also help with the density of your thinning hair. I would schedule an appointment with a practitioner in your area to discuss your options. Good luck!
PRP is unlikely to have any negative effects on your scalp psoriasis. Depending on what treatments, you are doing for your scalp psoriasis, it may make it a bit harder for the PRP to be successful. however, considering there are really no risks, it is probably good to try. Plan 3 sessions, each spaced a month apart.david berman md
