If you feel fine following your rhinoplasty and had no issues with the procedure, I personally don't see any contraindications to having PRP treatment for your hairline. I would, however, recommend that you ask the surgeon who performed your rhinoplasty, to ensure that this doesn't contradict any of his or her post-operative protocols.Hope this helps!
