Need fat pad from cheek removed - is there a surgery for this? Liposuction? (Photo)

My upper cheek is huge. I haven’t had filler . It’s just genetically big. I’ve had buccal removed. But it did nothing for the area under my eye. Please tell me there is a surgery for this to get smaller. Liposuction on upper cheek or anything ?
