Can I get a penis enlargement even if I’m not circumcised?

I always wanted to get a penis enlargement done, but I notice that almost all men who had this procedure are circumcised. I’m not circumcised and I did research it can only be done on men who are circumcised. Do I need to get circumcised to get this procedure?

You do not need to be circumcised to have a penis enlargement procedure done with filler. It can be slightly more challenging for the physician when performing the procedure on an uncircumcised patient, but it is entirely possible, and patients routinely achieve excellent results. The key factors for success are selecting a provider experienced with uncircumcised anatomy and proceeding gradually toward your desired size. For example, if your goal is to gain about an inch in girth, dividing the treatment into two or three sessions allows for refinement and optimal symmetry as the filler integrates. With the right approach and experienced injector, uncircumcised patients can achieve a smooth, natural-looking, and very satisfying outcome.

Thank you for your question.  No, you do not need to be circumcised for fat transfer to the penis, although you may have more swelling than someone who is circumsized.

This is a common question from uncircumcised patients researching penile girth enhancement with dermal fillers.
Both circumcised and uncircumcised patients can have this procedure. Therefore, you don't have to be circumcised.
It's important to remember that the procedure aims to increase the thickness of the shaft of the penis; therefore, the foreskin covering the glans/tip of the penis is not involved in the procedure. 
However, the foreskin of the penis must be completely retractable (i.e. no phimosis) to allow for optimal results.

As a result of the increase in girth from implant placement, a patient can develop phimosis, or, the inability to retract the foreskin. This prevents the area from proper cleansibility which results in discomfort, compromised hygiene and an elevated risk of infection.
