I am 19 years old. I have 120kg a i want to ask what can i make with my penis and with surround. I want to have bigger penis

Thank you for your question.  19 is a bit on the young side to go down the road of penis enlargement surgery.  But when the timing is probably better, the safest and most predictable option would be a fat transfer, where fat is removed from the waist or lower back and injected into the penis for more girth.
